Greetings! I'm Martha Bergeron

Psychologist specializing in coaching. My training in mental processes and human behavior, along with my commitment to helping others thrive in their careers and achieve personal fulfillment, has led me to guide and support many people in achieving seemingly impossible goals.

With the goal of advancing professionally, I earned a university degree in Clinical Hypnosis, acquiring skills and techniques to support the process of overcoming challenges and advancing personal growth. My passion for coaching led me to pursue a Master's degree in Coaching, specializing in motivation and teamwork.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including medicine, education, and, of course, career coaching.



• At Finalay Medical Center, I collaborated with the medical team to provide support to patients with anxiety and depression.
• My experience in education focused on aviation, where I worked as a Human Factors Instructor in Pilot Schools.
• As a career coach, I worked with staff at Atexis-Spain, designing and delivering courses to different departments, as well as training managers to effectively lead their teams. I have collaborated with various renowned companies, such as Aerotraining Canarias: El Real Aeroclub de Gran Canarias and the Airbus International Training Center in Seville, where I acted as a guide and support system for students and instructors. I was also responsible for training instructors and educational inspectors.

As a bilingual student, I offer my services in both English and Spanish. The courses I offer, detailed below, can be taught in either language, improving your fluency in your second language and increasing your chances of finding employment without language barriers.

My extensive experience in various fields has provided me with a unique perspective and extensive knowledge to support both individuals and organizations in achieving their goals.
